K-30 ma lepiej sprawdzać się w trudnych warunkach atmosferycznych, jest odporny na deszcz, a także na kurz i ekstremalne temperatury. Poprawiono również wideo, teraz w rozdzielczości 1080p przy 30 klatkach na sekundę. Aparat K-30 ma trafić do sprzedaży w lipcu.
